This wallpaper Nephron 2 was created in Ciniema 4D. Stuart Lynch has been constantly trying to improve on his Nephron series and this by far is one of his best. You can view his other attempts here and here. What really captured my attention about this wallpaper is the vivid use of red. While it might not look as "real" as his other two attempts, this one is has been the best executed.
