Fix for QuranReciter closing down on second run for Windows Vista users

Windows vista users have to install QuranReciter as admin. For this right click on the downloaded installation file and choose Run as Administrator. After installation also run QuranReciter as admin. For this right click on the desktop QuranReciter icon and choose Run as Administrator or you can make it always run as admin by right clicking->properties.

QR Azerbaijani.exe Last updated : 8 March 2007	These language files will work only if QuranReciter 4.0 is installed, it will not work in QuranReciter 3.1. After installing additional languages, To change the displayed text in QuranReciter, use the down arrow button on the top of each text window.
